Lake 407 - Horicon, WI

Our family has deep roots in the Horicon Marsh area so when a long term resident and downtown business owner called us wondering if we would like to take a look at one of the original Lake Street buildings, we jumped at the chance.
The before and after photos speak for themselves but this is one we are truly proud of for more than just the visual aesthetic improvements. Supported by Horicon's Mayor and City Council we were able to bring a portion of the city back to life. Rehabbing a building, attracting a new restauranteur to the city and creating a bustling community hub for Horicon's residents sit back, relax and enjoy a meal together.
The building that once housed Fat's Tavern is officially back to its glory as Arandas Mexican Grill!
