STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS!! High quality P.E. Guerin New York antique door hardware set-s. Patent marked 1906!

These sets are different from 20201021015! The difference lies in the mortise lock. These sets have the option of the thumblatch locking mechanism, meaning an extra "hole" in the mortise locks. All the parts and pieces make these a complete set, different than the average mortise lock set.

Each original set includes:
Two GORGEOUS, many facetted GLASS KNOBS, 2 1/2" W
Pair of heavy brass ROSETTES, 2" D
MORTISE LOCK, (black box) 4 5/8" H x 3 1/4" deep x 5/8" thick, (brass face) 6 1/2" H x 1 1/16" W
STRIKEPLATE, 5 5/8" H x 1 1/8" W
KEYHOLE COVER 1 3/4"H x 1 1/4"W
THUMBLATCH
ORIGINAL SCREWS included (not an easy task to keep track of on a salvage jobsite, but the devil is in the details!!)
